Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TradieVision platform, website, and related services ("the Service"), operated by TradieVision Pty Ltd (ABN 75 897 853 669) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. The service

TradieVision is a pre-site briefing platform for trade businesses. It lets you send briefing forms to your customers, collect job information (including photos and property details), and receive structured job briefs before a site visit. The Service is a tool to help you prepare — it does not replace your own professional judgement, site assessments, or compliance obligations.

3. Beta period

The Service is currently offered in beta, free of charge to selected participants. During the beta: features may change, be added, or be removed without notice; availability is not guaranteed; and we may limit, suspend, or end the beta program (or any participant's access) at our discretion. We will give reasonable notice before the beta ends. You will never be charged without your express consent. Published pricing takes effect only after the beta concludes and only if you choose a paid plan.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tradievision.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes connected to operating your trade business. You must not: — Send briefing forms to people who have not engaged your business or consented to be contacted — Use the Service to send spam, marketing, or unsolicited messages — Attempt to access another user's data, probe, or disrupt the Service — Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service — Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

6. Your customers’ information

When you send a briefing form, your customer submits personal information that is shared with you. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect that information and for handling it in line with applicable privacy law. We handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your business while these Terms are in effect. The data you and your customers submit remains yours. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display it solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that: during the beta the Service is provided "as is" and "as available"; we do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits, missed jobs, or wasted travel) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting support@tradievision.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice). On account closure, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts. Questions about these Terms: support@tradievision.com.
